About PINTOMAP Mount Markham (Antarktis)Mount Markham ist ein Bergmassiv mit zwei Gipfeln von 4350 und 4280 Metern Höhe am nördlichen Ende des Markham-Plateaus in der Antarktis. Es wurde durch die Britische Nationale Arktis-Expedition 1901-1904 entdeckt und nach Sir Clements Markham benannt, der diese Expedition als Präsident der Royal Geographical Society plante und Scott zum Expeditionsleiter machte.
