Welcome at PINTOMAP, the geographic web search engine for location related services and information. For a start the current prototype includes more than 245,000 articles from Wikipedia that are displayed on Google Maps via Pins, there is more to come.
About PINTOMAP
Taloyoak (vormals Spence Bay), Nunavut, Kitikmeot-Region, geografisch an der Südgrenze der Boothia-Halbinsel gelegen, ist die nördlichste Festland-Siedlung Kanadas mit rund 830 Einwohnern (davon 91% Inuit). Ihr Name ist durch eine Verstümmelung des Inuktitut-Worts Talurqjuaq, „Deckung bei der Karibujagd“, entstanden.
