ゼムリャ・フランツァ＝ヨシファ(Zemlya Frantsa-Iosifa、ロシア語ではЗемля Франца-ИосиФа)は、北極海の一部であるバレンツ海に位置するロシア連邦領の約190の島から構成されている島嶼群である。スピッツベルゲン島の東に位置しアルハンゲリスク州に属している。
